We will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced, new merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of the shipping date. Past this time, an exchange or credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date.

Sale and discounted items can be exchanged for merchandise credit within 14 days of the shipping date.

Merchandise must be in its original state and packaging when returned. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid invoice.

All jewelry is final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items, unless the item is damaged during shipping.

All return or exchange items purchased through an airport store can only be exchanged or returned through the airport location where the items were bought.

How to Request a Return

Please call 1-877-278-4926 for any online purchases that are still applicable under the policy stated above. Ask for customer service, and someone will gladly walk you through the process. Have your invoice ready in case the customer service representative requires any additional information. If your item was purchased at an airport location, please call the store where it was bought.
